Hall entry
To ensure the security of the hall and equipment, each event is issued a unique code. This code can be used to open the hall Lock Box and disarm the Security Alarm. The code is emailed to the hirer seven (7) days prior to the start of the event.
Lock Box Entry
A key to the hall can be found in the Lock Box. The code to access the Lock Box will be emailed to the hirer seven (7) days prior to the start of the event.
Hall Alarm
The code to disarm the alarm is the same code as the Lock Box. The code will be emailed to the hirer seven (7) days prior to the start of the event.

Built in 2015, Stillwater Hall is a large multi-use space that opens onto a large covered deck with shade sail covering half to provide sun protection.
Built to a high modern standard, sound proofing elements have been added to the walls and black out roller blinds to ground level windows/doors.
Capacity
The hall comfortably hosts events of 110 people or seated events of 70 people.
Heating and cooling
Large industrial heaters warm the space quickly. Electric windows at the top of the hall vent heat during warmer months. Multiple sliding doors from the hall to the deck creates good airflow through the hall.
Decorations
Bunting - 30 metres of indoor and 25 metres of outdoor bunting are available for hire which can be hung for events.
Cleaning equipment
Basic cleaning equipment and chemicals are provided under the kitchen sink in case of spills and accidents. Rubbish Bags are not provided.
Dining Table Setup
Our tables and chairs are suitable for seating six guests comforably for dining.
Tables/chairs
13 foldable tables (W760 x L1830 x H740 mm) and 70 black plastic chairs are free to use for your event.
Audio visual equipment
Speaker and Microphones - The hall has a portable loud speaker and microphones available for hire. Connection* is provided through Bluetooth, Audio Jack, RCA, and HDMI.
Projector - An LCD projector using HDMI connection* is also available.
*Please note that connection cables are not provided with equipment.

A full kitchen with catering equipment is available for use with your booking. Stocked with enough crockery, cutlery, and cups and glasses to cater for most events, we recommend an onsite visit to ensure we have enough of what you need to cater for your event.
Crockery, cutlery, cups and glasses
Free to use for your event are the following dining equipment:
100 x Dinner plates
100 x Bread plates
100 x Dessert bowls
100 x High ball glasses
100 x Knives, forks and dessert spoons
There are an odd number of various wine and champagne flutes available.
Commercial steriliser (Dishwasher)
Our commercial steriliser makes the cleanup process that much simpler and quicker at the end of the event.
Fridge/freezer
A domestic fridge/freezer is available for storing foods and drinks for the event.
Bench top continuous boiling water
A zip continuous hot water boiler is available on the bench top. Other tea and coffee making equipment is also available.
Cooking
A domestic stove top/oven and microwave are available to heat or cook foods for the event.

To occupy the smallest of guests, a range of play equipment is available metres from the hall. Young children can play supervised whilst still being part of the event. Swings, an Adventure Fort, Climbing Net, and Slide are just some of the fun activities that will keep the kids entertained and parents happy.
