Terms and Conditions of Membership

The following Terms and Conditions of Membership relate to the Stillwater Community Association (“the Association”). By making a payment to the Association for any Membership type, you will be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions of Membership. Your Membership is not confirmed until you have accepted the Terms and Conditions of Membership. 

By accepting this agreement, I warrant  and confirm that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of Membership, I am at least 18 years old and have the authority to accept this agreement.

  1. Membership is per household, to include two adults and all children.

  2. Annual SCA Memberships are valid for a 12 month period, from the first day of July to the last day of June of the following year.

  3. Lifetime SCA Memberships do not expire and are valid from the date of purchase. Lifetime Memberships are still subject to be suspended or cancelled as allowed for in clause 10.

  4. The Association is not liable if unable to honour the benefits of Annual or Lifetime Membership in the event the Association is disbanded or dissolved.

  5. Discounts will only be applied when using the Primary Contacts name.

  6. One (1) discount code only can be applied per booking. Discount codes must be applied at the time of booking.

  7. Current membership must be held at the start time of the event for discount codes to be honoured.

  8. All current and future member offers will be emailed to the Primary Contact as they are created.

  9. Memberships are not transferrable and cannot be cancelled for refund.

  10. It is the responsibility of the Primary Contact to ensure contact details are up to date to receive member benefit notifications which will typically be delivered by email.

  11. The Stillwater Community Association reserves the right to suspend or cancel any membership upon Committee review and vote.

  12. Membership rates for new and renewing members are subject to change without notification.
