Everyone deserves to be surrounded by friends and family on their wedding day but weddings can be expensive and stressful. That’s why we’ve created Seasonal and Midweek Packages that cater for most budgets. Plus, we are providing free of charge the services of our Wedding Coordinator and Cleaner - your wedding just got a whole lot cheaper and simpler.
Things to know
Included is full use of all public spaces of Stillwater Hall. This includes hall, deck, kitchen, toilet facilities, tables, chairs, and equipment.
PLUS at no extra charge is access to our Wedding Coordinator to answer questions about our facilities and equipment, and to help source local suppliers and resources. Click to find out more
PLUS at no extra charge is three (3) hours cleaning by our Cleaner.
NOT included are the green spaces, basketball court, public toilets, and playground in Stillwater Reserve.
Payment
A deposit of $100 is charged at the time of booking and must be paid by credit or visa debit card to confirm booking. The outstanding balance can be paid by bank transfer.
Any balance owing is due 14 days after the date of the invoice.
A security bond is charged with all bookings to cover loss or damages incurred during the event. The security bond minus any additional charges will be refunded once the hall has been checked for loss or damages.
Cancellation
Bookings may be cancelled at any time. The Association will refund the Hall Hire Price when a cancellation notice is received:
a. more than 30 days prior to the date of Event: Full refund less an administration fee of $50;
b. within 30 days prior to the Event: 50% of booking fee;
c. within 14 days prior to the Event: 25% of booking fee;
d. within 7 days prior to the Event: no refund.
Cleaning
You are responsible for cleaning and packing away any equipment used including: tables; chairs; plates; cups; cutlery; etc. at the end of your event. Cleaning equipment is provided at the hall. All rubbish must be removed from the hall and park (rubbish bags are not supplied).
You are NOT responsible for cleaning floors, carpets, kitchen, or the toilets. Our cleaner will clean, disinfect, and sanitise all surfaces, floors, and toilets in the hall after your event. Three hours is allowed for in this fee.
All bookings are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Hire for Stillwater Hall.
